Who we are
Originally The Imperial Grill established in 1932, Bill's Tavern & Brewhouse is Cannon Beach's first brewery. Locally owned and family operated for over 30 years, Bill's has perfected the coastal tavern fish and chips, savory burgers, and award winning hand-crafted pints after a day at the beach.

Bill's beers have been crafted on site since 1997 using only the finest raw ingredients, most of which are locally sourced. Our goal is to have a variety of styles available to suit most tastes. Our selection continuously evolves to reflect the palates and preferences of our clientele; therefore, your feedback is a critical ingredient in the development of Bill's Beers.
